Deuteronomy 3:23-27

Today’s Scripture: Deuteronomy 3:23-27 The Message – I begged God…  You let me in on the beginnings. Please let me in also on the endings; let me cross the river and see the good land… But God was still angry with me because of you. He wouldn’t listen. He said “enough of that. Not another word from you on this. Climb to the top of Mt. Pisgah… take in the land with your eyes. Take a good look because you are not going to cross the Jordon.”
Today’s Word: Responsibility
Today’s Prayer: Dear Father in Heaven, I learn so much from your Word. Moses couldn’t cross the Jordon because he did not honor you in front of your people. He argued with you and blamed the people for his trouble. Sin has consequences I understand that; but I know it is important for me to take full responsibility for my actions, confess my sins to you, and then choose to change. Help me to be humble and to respond to you as you want me to. Amen.
